My teacher challenges me and the rest of my class to make a 1-meter hat. I got as creative as I could and made my one out of antlers. I challenge you to make a one-meter hat for COVID-19 so we can all keep our distance.
What a great challenge Cody. I love your social distanxing hat. I bet no-one would come near you wearing that! That must have been a very big stag. I can't quite see from the photos, but how many points does it have? Did you and Dad shoot that? Ann
Hi Cody I think that will meet the social distancing criteria! I am sure the stag who owned these antlers probably did too. Do you think you will bring your hat to school, if we're allowed back?
That is a great social distancing hat Cody. I would like to say that if I came across the stag that owned them I would definetly be keeping my distance. Are they heavy?
Kia ora Cody, Thank you for creating this blogpost and sharing with us the social distancing hat that you made! I think it was ingenious of you to use a pair of antlers, and I am sure your teachers would have been very proud of you for your creativity! Did you shoot the deer yourself, or are these antlers ones that you just have around the house? Were the antlers heavy to keep on your head? How did you get them to stay on your helmet? It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know! I noticed how the antlers are pointed on the ends, which I assume is protection for when the deer are fighting in the wild. Are these ends spiky, or are they smooth? I also noticed how there are some antler ends sticking up behind your head. How big are these, and do they make it difficult for you to balance whilst wearing the hat? Keep blogging! Nga mihi
